About the Role:
Reporting to the CFO this senior finance position will provide financial support for the revenue generating entities for the Americas and APAC regions as well as the global support functions. S/He will provide the leadership of the Finance Business Partners who directly support the business by providing direction to ensure the delivery of value-added business analysis. This position will also be responsible for defining and reporting meaningful operational metrics that lead to insightful and accurate development of the business and timely financial budgeting long term modeling operational analysis and reporting.
The Impact Youll Make:
Support the reporting for internal and external results including Board of Directors Lenders and outside management team.
Assist in investor relations activities and lender updates including scripts and reporting requirements.
Manage financial planning processes: Long Range Planning Annual Budgets Reforecasts Monthly Financial Results and Board Presentations.
Provide analysis of financial results and forecasts for business partners and management to support timely decision making.
Develop financial models that enable the team to deliver insightful value-added analysis across the company to drive insights and actions that can be leveraged to improve business performance.
Control operations to budget through timely and accurate monthly departmental financial results and analyses.
Assist in the development of strategic alternatives including the establishment of long-term goals and objectives helping to identify strategic objectives as appropriate and assist in the execution of the strategic agenda.
Provide leadership to the finance department including staff development and succession planning. Drive continuous improvement in all financial processes with a focus on developing a world-class team leveraging technology and staffing resources.
Provide visibility and predictability to the organization through accurate and timely financial planning and reporting.
Control operations to budget through timely and accurate monthly departmental financial results and analyses.
Optimize working capital with particular focus on Inventory turns and marketing ROI.
Manage monitor and continually optimize defining and reporting on key KPIs to share with each function head and overall company.
What You Bring:
10 years senior financial and/or operational experience in consumer/product driven business ideally in eCommerce. Broad mix of start-up to larger matrix organizations preferred.
A passionate executive and skilled communicator who can articulate the company vision for finance in a clear and compelling way that generates excitement enthusiasm and a commitment to the vision with colleagues peers and field representatives as well as external partners.
Exceptional presentation and writing skills and be able to convey a message that is understandable and relevant linking business issues financial results and strategy.
Strong leadership experience across all financial disciplines with an emphasis on operational finance planning and analysis and capital markets.
Excellent communication and relationship skills and be able to explain complex financial issues to all levels.
The successful candidate will be highly analytical technically proficient operationally and business savvy a strategic and independent thinker and a confident financial management leader.
A team player by nature this individual must possess a genuine enthusiasm for TOMS mission and a commitment to making kindness in business the norm
Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting and CPA and/or MBA are highly desirable.

This is a Direct Hire role with a target annual salary range of $235K - $275K depending on experience plus an annual bonus based on the companys performance
