Description of the Role:
The Express Service Writer at RK Chevrolet will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating vehicle maintenance and repair services. They will ensure excellent customer service by accurately assessing customer needs providing cost estimates and coordinating service appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate cost estimates for vehicle maintenance and repair services
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service progress and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
