A Day in the Life
In this exciting role as Assembler III you will support the Catheter area. The Catheter is one of the fastest growing businesses. Our products are part of the extracorporeal life support solutions for long-term part extracorporeal life support solutions for long-term ECMO. The catheter function is to drain and return blood through the ECMO to the circulatory system helping sustain lives of patients across the globe. This role reports to the manufacturing supervisor.

This individual will be part of the Catheter team at our Dexter MI Site.
1st shift M-F 6:00 am-2:00 pm
2nd shift M-F 2:00 pm 10:00 pm
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
- Works from visual aids method layouts diagrams schematics process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.
- Sets initial layouts and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
- Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- May disassemble modify rework reassemble and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- May perform training to new hire.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires minimum of 4 years of experience
NICE TO HAVE
- Strong team skills
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Previous experience at Dexter site.
- Second shift applicant need to be able to be at the first shift at least three months for training
