As a Lead Client Services Proj/Prog Mgmt you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of high-value external customer-facing technical projects by acting as the primary point of contact ensuring client satisfaction and providing technical and analytical guidance through structured project management methodologies.
Applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Comprehensive Project Oversight:
Manage the entire lifecycle of high-value customer-facing technical projects ensuring timely within-scope and budget-compliant delivery
Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination:
Serve as the primary client contact collaborate with internal teams and external vendors and ensure alignment of project objectives and tasks
Technical Guidance and Risk Management:
Provide technical expertise employ structured methodologies identify and mitigate risks and proactively address issues
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor project progress track deliverables and provide regular updates to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to quality standards
Consultative and Documentation Support:
Offer strategic advice to customers manage vendor deliverables ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate project documentation
May also provide the vehicle for building and/or venue owners to engage AT&T on network improvements
Leads critical high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies
Works with minimal oversight frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues
Leads large high-value complex programs with strategic leadership involving new technology coordinating with multiple organizations applications and systems
Provides strategic guidance manages stakeholders drives automation and presents to executives and external clients
Desired Education
Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science or Business
Required Experience:
5 years of related experience; Certification is required in some areas
