Job Description
North Brothers Ford is looking for a full time experienced counter salesperson. We offer full benefits and excellent work atmosphere. North Brothers Ford is a family owned and operated dealership for over 80 years and takes pride in their employees and the workplace.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering incoming customer calls pertaining to parts orders
Face to face interaction with customers at parts retail counter
Fulfilling online and phone parts tickets
Writing up parts tickets needed for the service department
Phone skills
DMC Computer skills within the parts department
Experience within using Microsoft Excel
