We are looking for an Industrial Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive market growth by developing and managing relationships with both existing customers and new prospects across a defined territory. Reporting to the Division Sales Manager you will focus on proactively building a pipeline managing key accounts and identifying new project opportunities in the industrial market.

This is a high-impact role where youll use the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to drive continuous improvement create winning strategies and exceed growth targets. Success here means building trust driving consultative sales and partnering closely with both your internal team and your customers.

This is a remote/home-based role that will live within and cover the full Dallas/Ft Worth area. Travel will be within the region so there will be limited overnight travel required.

In this role a typical day will look like:

  • Building and executing monthly territory and account plans to hit your sales targets

  • Managing your pipeline through Salesforce (SFDC) documenting progress and next steps

  • Presenting accurate forecasts and funnel reviews with actionable insights

  • Building strong relationships with engineering firms and key influencers in customer buying decisions

  • Representing Hach at customer visits trade shows product demos and events

  • Sharing best practices to mentor and support fellow Regional Sales Managers

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to elevate Hachs presence and leadership in water quality

Were looking for someone who has:

  • 5 years of direct sales experience in water treatment.

  • B2B experience selling complex industrial products and solutions and experience selling to industrial markets are a strong plus

  • BA BS or MS degree preferredscience-related degrees (Chemistry Biology Environmental Science Engineering).

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within your assigned territory.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $90000 - $100000 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
