• Intermediate knowledge of physiology exercise technique and body mechanics
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Positive motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
• Must hold and maintain current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company - ACSM ACE NASM NCSA AFFA or NFPT
• Bachelors or Associates degree in an exercise related field is preferred
• Must hold and maintain current CPR certification
• 1 years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Deliver predesigned workouts to groups of 30 clients in a positive high energy manner
• Build OTF membership attendance and retain current clientele
• Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique
• Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns/feedback in a professional objective manner with the goal of resolution and retention when applicable.
• Assist Sales Associates with OTF studio tours and membership sales
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of the workout room
• Market your OTF classes inside and outside the OTF studio.
• Assist with community outreach as needed
• Be flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays
• Flexible Schedule; must be available to work days nights weekends and holidays

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
