POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs all tasks associated with Inventory Control management. Works in laboratory and
warehouse environments under various temperatures including room temperature (1525 C)
cold-room (2-8 C) and/or freezer-room (-20 to -23 ). Performs work of a highly repetitive nature.
Will walk stand reach and lift between 15-80 lbs. on a continuous basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
* Provides comprehensive Inventory Control reports.
*Prepares and leads weekly team Tier Board meetings
*Provide Reports to Leadership in the absence of Manager and Lead (Dploy-Cycle Count NC Scrap).
*Monthly/Quarterly EO Report Management: Reviews and completes all necessary processes associated with the Quarterly EO report coordinating with Finance and Operations.
*Developing and optimizing inventory management systems.
*Point person to answer any questions on inventory.
* Follow well defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices SOPs and work instructions.
*Assisting in the implementation and updates of inventory control procedures.
*Maintaining accurate inventory records.
*Supporting inventory audits and reporting.
*Performing regular inventory cycle counts and reconciliations.
*Support quarantine and disposition on non-conforming material
*Responsible for understanding and implementing relevant company and department
Policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED
Two years of related experience
Intermediate ERP and Microsoft Office skills
Forklift certification
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $18.54$27.81.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
