- Schedule service and delivery orders
- Coordinate schedules with the service team
- Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services
- Accounts receivable
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word excel outlook)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
