Strategic Scheduling Leadership:
Coordinate academic and event scheduling across the college
Serve as the functional lead for scheduling software and systems
Develop and manage the academic scheduling timeline in collaboration with faculty and departments
Impactful Work in Higher Education:
Ensure accurate and timely publication of the academic course schedule
Support internal and external events that enrich the campus community
Align scheduling practices with institutional goals and student needs
Collaborative & Technology-Driven Environment:
Work closely with faculty staff and external partners
Maintain and improve scheduling systems and procedures
Provide training and support to users of scheduling software
Key Responsibilities:
Academic & Event Scheduling
Prepare and publish the official academic course schedule each semester
Coordinate internal and external event scheduling in alignment with college policies
Collaborate with the Dual Credit program to schedule high school-based courses
System & Process Management
Act as the primary contact for scheduling software vendors
Manage system updates permissions and testing of new features
Develop and refine standard operating procedures for scheduling
Reporting & Compliance
Create reports and tools to support space utilization and scheduling equity
Maintain expertise in scheduling regulations and institutional policies
Support related functions such as registration degree audits and enrollment management
What Were Looking For:
Associates degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
One year of experience in a college/university Registrars office or similar setting (preferred)
Strong understanding of scheduling systems and software problem-solving
Experience with ERP systems such as Ellucian Colleague (preferred)
Self-directed detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring managers discretion. All candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
