The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Solutions Real Estate team:
As a Senior Facilities Maintenance team member duties will include planning and performing maintenance work orders and providing technical/repair assistance to production floor technicians as required. Responsibilities will also include inputting and extracting data from the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
This position is an on-site role and the selected candidate would need to be located within reasonable commuting distance of the RTX Dine facility as this position does not offer relocation.

What You Will do:
We are seeking a Highly Experienced Licensed HVAC Technician to join our team contributing to the reliability and safety of our critical infrastructure.
The Licensed HVAC Technician will be a key member of the Facilities Maintenance Team responsible for the operation maintenance and repair of all HVAC assets at our missile defense production facility. This role involves performing preventative maintenance emergency repairs and general facilities maintenance duties across the facility to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems and other infrastructure assets. The ideal candidate is a proactive detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in HVAC systems and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
