Job Description
Optometrist Opportunity – Premium Refractive & Cataract Practice Albuquerque NM
We are currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Optometrist to join a highly respected premium refractive and cataract surgery practice in Albuquerque New Mexico. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a leading ophthalmic surgeon and contribute directly to exceptional patient care in a collaborative and high-quality clinical environment.
Position Highlights:

Full-time preferred (part-time considered)

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No weekends
-
Work closely with the managing physician/surgeon

Perform pre-operative consultations comprehensive eye exams and post-operative care
-
Support a practice known for excellence in refractive and cataract surgery
Qualifications:
-
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
-
Minimum 1 year of post-graduate experience required
-
Must hold or be eligible for licensure in New Mexico

Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
-
Interest in refractive and cataract post-op care is highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary: $120000 – $150000 depending on experience
