Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Location: RadCAM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Plot no 45 Next to Indian Oil Airport Road Bettahalasuru Sonapanahalli Chikkajala Bengaluru Karnataka 562157

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with recruiting tasks like resume screening scheduling interviews preparing offer letters and onboarding new employees.

Employee Records: Maintaining and updating employee files databases and payroll records.

HR Policies and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with HR policies procedures and legal requirements.

Employee Relations: Responding to employee inquiries complaints and concerns.

Administrative Support: Managing schedules organizing meetings preparing reports and handling correspondence.

Data Management: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee data.

Compliance: Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to HR.

Learning and Development: Supporting training and development programs.

Communication: Serving as a point of contact for employees and external stakeholders.

Problem-solving: Assisting with resolving HR-related issues.

Skills Required:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of HR policies procedures and employment laws.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
