Job Description
This position is required to be in-office 2 days a week (Tue/Thur).
Are you a detail-oriented leader who thrives on turning plans into action Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager where youll play a critical role in driving the seamless installation of our cutting-edge product lines. Youll work cross-functionally with teams from Sales Engineering Services Client Services Marketing and Operations to ensure a smooth delivery from concept to completion.
In this role youll be more than just a coordinatoryoull be a strategic partner and problem-solver ensuring every project aligns with our companys goals and delivers a top-tier experience to our clients. Your ability to lead with integrity and uphold our core values will be key in shaping the continued success and growth of our organization.
What You Will Do:
- Run assigned projects and accounts as P&L keeping track of sales revenue associated with the installation and product and assigned costs to ensure that quote margin profiles are maintained.
- Develop and maintain an intimate working knowledge of all product line offerings along with any options or accessories.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan coordinate schedule and execute a successful installation and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Assist sales and engineering services in product installation planning and preparation to drive best in class customer service whilst supporting company key performance indicators
- Manage and lead communication related to the product install to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction whilst supporting Full Swing Key performance indicators
- Manage and communicate product information and product changes both internally and externally ensuring risks budget and company KPIs are closely managed
- Manage the following product KPIs
- Product and installation budgets
- Customer Satisfaction
- Installation Fulfillment levels
- Support the company wide Sales and Operations Planning meeting by preparing relevant reports and updates to ensure and support and effective S&OP process.
- Lead with a solution and problem solving mindset and lead and drive continuous improvement activities in support of improving client satisfaction and company wide goals
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Travel
This position requires up to 15% travel. Some of the travel may be international.
Do You Have:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
- PMP certified
- Must have proven skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents including but not limited to specifications reporting and quality requirements.
- Five years of product management experience in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of building environments contractor roles and basic construction terminology.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must foster collaboration across disciplines and departments.
- Ability to synthesize data and provide clear recommendations.
- Passion for innovation and high-level strategic thinking.
You Will Shine Even More if You Have:
- Experience in sports or simulator technology industries.
- Experience with electrical network power and hand tools.
- Knowledge of computer projector and electrical wiring.
