Were seeking an Administrative Business Partner to support our People Leadership team including our VP Chief Inclusion & Belonging Officer Sr. Director of People Insights Tech & Analytics and our Sr. Director People Experience. In this role youll orchestrate the demanding schedules of our leadership team create seamless experiences nurture key relationships across Pinterest and help bring our People Team initiatives to life. Your contributions will be essential to our success helping us build a company where everyone can find inspiration to create a life they love.
What youll do:
- Coordinate with purpose Masterfully manage multiple leaders calendars schedule meetings with internal/external partners and expertly navigate scheduling conflicts while prioritizing what matters most
- Bring experiences to life Support leaders in event planning by researching venues managing logistics crafting communications and handling on/off-site setup that reflects Pinterest creativity
- Curate memorable moments Recommend swag concepts and select vendors within budget that spark excitement and connection
- Drive team effectiveness Prepare meeting agendas and content capture action items and circulate notes that keep everyone aligned and moving forward
- Champion cross-functional collaboration Provide administrative support for initiatives with HR Recruiting Workplace and IT teams
- Represent our values Serve as a positive ambassador for Pinterest leadership both internally and externally
- Maintain financial excellence Process expense reports and help leaders oversee budgets including thoughtful employee recognition programs
- Create seamless travel experiences Coordinate domestic/international travel accommodations and transportation for leaders
What were looking for:
- Experienced partner 3 years supporting Sr. Director and above-level executives with additional experience in Recruiting or HR being highly desirable
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology Communications or a related field or equivalent experience
- Trusted confidant Absolute discretion with confidential information that our Administrative Business Partner roles may access
- Tech savvy Proficiency with Mac G-Suite and creating purchase orders
- Exceptional communicator Outstanding written verbal and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels
- Detail maven Meticulous attention to detail while thriving in our fast-paced creative environment
- Team player Eagerness to support colleagues and provide backup assistance to foster our collaborative culture
- Solution designer Creative problem-solving approach that considers the bigger picture
- Decisive doer Confidence making swift decisions guided by data and analytical thinking
- Flexible scheduler Standard hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with willingness to adapt to occasional business needs

In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means were not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter. For employees not located within a commutable distance from this in-office touchpoint Pinterest will cover T&E.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location travel relevant prior experience or particular skills and expertise.
