The Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Senior Finance Analyst. In this role your main responsibility would be supporting Effectors Factories. This role is responsible for executing all weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI deliverables including Touch and Support manpower HPU performance Overhead budget expenditures and more. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the Factory Operations Leadership Team via critical analysis.
You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. You will also prioritize resources in a dynamic geographically dispersed and deadline driven environment.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically candidates will have a bachelors degree and 2 years financial based experience or an advanced degree and less than 2 years experience.
Experience with SAP / PRISM / BW (AO Queries)
Experience using other Microsoft Office tools (including Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Qualifications We Prefer:
Excellent communication skills
Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes projects and tactics within one work area.
Broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
