About the team
Zillow Groups Engineering and Development team is dedicated to building and configuring secure well-designed and automated systems for internal customers. By supporting both first-party and third-party cloud applications the team increases employee productivity security and scalability ensuring everyone at Zillow Group is equipped to perform their best work in a dynamic environment.About the role
As the Manager of the IT Fulfillment Center you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional service to our internal customers. You will lead a team responsible for the efficient processing of orders and requests maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in our fulfillment centers processes and technology.
As a Manager IT Fulfillment Center You Will Get To
Oversee all aspects of the IT fulfillment center including receiving inventory management order processing and shipping.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency accuracy and productivity.
Recruit train and supervise a diverse team of fulfillment center staff fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Ensure accurate inventory control and coordinate with purchasing and suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) implementing corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and optimize technology infrastructure and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the handling of IT incidents and service requests ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Communicate with stakeholders and contribute to performance reporting for continuous improvement.
Who you are
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Proven experience managing a fulfillment center or similar operations ideally within the IT industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and professional development.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with inventory management software and relevant tools.
Knowledge of IT systems and technologies used in fulfillment centers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
