Job Description

Advises leads and works on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle and provides advisory work for the IT function itself. Supports/develops the evaluation process of legacy IT systems functionality against future HCM system functionality. Evaluates technical impact of changes/improvement to existing business processes.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with the client team to understand technical implications of business process changes/improvements
Support the analysis of systems and applications technical functionality against business process
Provide technical expertise to the client on the evaluation of HR systems functionality against business processes ensuring clients business requirements are being met.

Required Qualifications:

3 years of experience with Business Process Architecture Governance Application Architecture Design or Data Governance
Experience in a leadership role on one or more full lifecycle system implementation projects
Experience serving in a facilitation role ability to effectively communicate information between technical and functional (business user) teams
Advanced experience with MS Excel Word PowerPoint
Bachelors degree

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia is:

$120500 - $221800 USD
