Job Description

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing Phase Review Designs for WHXR installations ensuring alignment with design principles safety standards value optimization cost reduction and productivity enhancements within product roadmaps. The position plays a critical role in preparing products for global installation by coordinating program sign-off at various design and installation stages. Additionally the individual owns regional readiness for product launches including the development of manuals mechanical installation strategies safety protocols training programs and required tools while managing the WHXR Concession Process.

This role is open to the individual being located in Waukesha WI or working fully remote. They must be open to working east coast standard business hours.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Phase Review Designs for WHXR installations ensuring adherence to design safety value optimization cost reduction and productivity initiatives within product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate product readiness for global installation by managing program sign-off at various product design and installation stages.
  • Develop regional readiness for product launches including manuals mechanical installation strategies safety protocols training programs and essential tools.
  • Oversee the WHXR Concession Process to drive seamless product deployment and operational efficiency.
  • Advocate as the Lead Voice of Field for new product introductions and mechanical engineering installations ensuring integration and execution within operational environments.
  • Plan and execute departmental operations with a focus on implementing professional activities within the technical discipline.
  • Collaborate strategically to enhance successful product deployment and installation across regions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with 2 years of experience (or a high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in similar role)
  • Proven track record in successfully driving cross-functional projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Superior organizational project management LEAN and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in ambiguous environments. Change agent with energy and passion; enthusiasm to drive change. Ability to thrive in environments with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
  • Ability to lead organizational change management initiatives. Ability to make formal presentations (internal). Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and globally up to 20 percent of the time

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems using data gathering and analysis tools.
  • Established project management skills. Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
  • Experience servicing and/or installing Medical Devices.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal teamwork influencing and networking skills
  • Maintains excitement for a process and drives to meeting the goal in the face of unfavorable odds and setbacks

For U.S. based positions only the pay range for this position is $89600.00-$134400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills qualifications experience and addition this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Additional Information
