About the Role

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager youll guide customers through the process of purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles. Your focus will be on creating lasting relationships delivering exceptional service and contributing to the success and profitability of the dealership.

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone email and in-person interactions

  • Perform in-depth needs analysis to match customers with the right vehicles

  • Organize and conduct test drives

  • Negotiate sales in a way that builds trust and drives customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records in our lead management system

  • Collaborate with our Finance & Insurance team to support the full sales process

  • Personally deliver vehicles to customers to ensure a memorable experience

  • Actively participate in community events and outreach to build your client base

What Were Looking For

  • A positive customer-first attitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivation and a drive to exceed goals

  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

  • Interest in technology and a willingness to keep learning

  • Background in hospitality retail or restaurants is a plus we love great service!
