As Sr Manager Go-To-Market Strategy you will
Play an integral role in coordinating executing and scaling all go-to-market activities across Roundel. This will require leveraging a detailed understanding of the Retail Media landscape to identify opportunities that advance our strategic positioning and deliver on our growth objectives. You will work in close partnership with a diverse stakeholder group across Roundel and broader Target to implement these strategies ensuring robust cross-functional alignment at each step of the way. You will be a strategic thought leader possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities and have a good understanding of marketing media products and the digital industry.
A successful candidate will be an integral member of the Roundel Strategy and Business Planning team specifically reporting to the leader of the Go-To-Market Strategy team.
Job Duties:
Be a commercial strategist for Roundels rapidly growing media business specifically supporting Roundels audience and data capabilities.
Identify and develop new strategies and partnerships that support our growth objectives increase our value proposition to our customers and deepen our strategic positioning
Support the development and execution of audience strategy leveraging Roundels first party data to drive personalized and effective marketing campaigns
Drive analyses required to define / inform our go-to-market strategies across products and channels - including account prioritization pricing sales team responsibilities service processes incentives and customer effort reduction and on-going reporting
Support Roundels audience and data through partnership with stakeholders across Partner Solutions Business Integration & Implementation Marketing Finance Product and Engineering
Develop relationships with key business partner groups and senior stakeholders across Roundel and broader Target to maximize collaboration drive Roundels OKR process and deliver on other key priorities
Who You Are:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
6 years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations Digital Media Sales/Account Management Management Consulting Analytics or equivalent experience in an organization
Have experience working with Clean Room technologies (e.g. Habu Snowflake LiveRamp Safe Haven Google Ads Data Hub)
Familiar with audience segmentation targeting strategies and media planning
Comfortable navigating ambiguity demonstrating a bias for action to drive business results
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations
Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Track record of continuous improvement leveraging experiences and setbacks to drive professional growth
Excellent written and oral communication skills
