• Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training; ACE NASM NSCA AFAA & ACSM

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts.
• Educate guests on our services and programs to help them achieve their best results.
• Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members.
• Conduct telephone inquiries follow-up calls and customer care calls to promote studio growth and retention.
• Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory Fitness brand.
• Take a proactive approach to achieving daily weekly and monthly sales and performance goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.
• The Assistant Studio Manager role is a full-time position. Our studio is open seven days a week; this position is scheduled for a combination of morning evening and weekend shifts.

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
