What Youll Do:
- Perform maintenance repairs and reconditioning on trucks and related equipment with minimal supervision
- Inspect machines and identify parts for repair or reuse
- Accurately complete service reports timecards and parts orders
- Make confident repair decisions and set up jobs independently
- Take ownership of tool management and follow all safety procedures
- Support team performance and step into a lead technician role when needed

What Youll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with ability to obtain a CDL
- 35 years of hands-on mechanic experience
- Strong verbal written and analytical skills
- Must pass a background check physical exam and drug screening
