The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking for their next Spa Concierge.
This property recently opened with 976 beautifully appointed guestrooms with 100000 total square feet with their largest ballroom of 37980 square feet. Guests can gather to celebrate the art of culinary with eight food and beverage experiences.
Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience in a spa or hotel guest services environment and possess strong communication skills.
Shift Pattern: Seeking full flexibility to work 8-hour shifts Monday Sunday with varied shifts starting as early as 8:00am and as late as 7:00pm.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

What will I be doing:
Greets and checks in guests at the spa creating a welcoming and professional environment
Assists Spa Managers with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations across all areas
Handles clerical duties such as answering phones managing emails and correspondence filing and data entry.
Provides general office support including copying faxing and maintaining organized records as instructed.
Assist Therapists with basic treatment room opening duties to ensure readiness and cleanliness
Supports team communication and helps maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive service and collaboration
