What youll do
- Lead research initiatives across the full product lifecyclefrom identifying member needs and developing concepts to product testing and post-launch evaluation.
- Represent the voice of the member in every product decision by designing and executing research that uncovers actionable insights.
- Support the Pantry and Consumables business units with data-driven recommendations that influence product strategy and development.
- Translate complex data into clear compelling stories that resonate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product development brand and merchandising teams to ensure member-centric decision-making.
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover deep member insights.
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by exploring and integrating new research tools including AI-driven methodologies.
What youll bring
- Experience:10 years in market research consumer insights behavioral psychology or a related field focused on understanding consumer behavior.
- Strategic Thinking:Proven ability to translate broad business objectives into actionable research plans that drive business outcomes.
- Collaboration:Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with high levels of stakeholder interaction in a relationship-driven environment.
- Project Ownership:Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in statistical analysis data mining and data visualization; ability to interpret statistical outputs.
- Research Expertise:Experience with advanced survey techniques (e.g. conjoint max diff correspondence analysis consumer trackers) and qualitative methodologies.
- Innovation:Openness to adopting AI tools and technologies to enhance research capabilities.
- Communication:Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Education:No specific degree requireddemonstrated skills and growth potential are what matter most.
