At the core of our mission is the commitment to delivering scalable decentralized defense systems that enhance the strategic capabilities of the United States and its allies. With a workforce of approximately 120 employees we operate with startup agility and ambition.

Our vision is to redefine the future of warfare through cutting-edge manufacturing innovation at speed and unwavering focus on national security. We are dedicated to solving the next generation of warfare with lethal systems that deter kinetic conflict and protect global security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue and capture funding opportunities across SBIR STTR OTAs CSOs and D2P2 pipelines.

  • Develop technology transition roadmaps to move systems from prototyping through experimentation into program-of-record pathways.

  • Guide CONOPS development that reflects emerging doctrine in hypersonics ISR-to-strike timelines and long-dwell sensing.

  • Lead partner engagement efforts including primes integrators and commercial aerospace collaborators.

  • Present Machs capabilities at high-level engagements including at the Pentagon Air Staff (A5/8/9) SAF/IA and allied air forces.

  • Support early-phase T&E campaigns with user units and test ranges (e.g. Eglin Edwards Kwajalein).

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering operations and manufacturing to align BD priorities with technical development schedules.

  • Track global threat environments and anticipate new mission requirements in great power competition and contested airspace.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years in aerospace or missile systems BD.

  • Experience with glide body technology hypersonics or high-altitude platforms.

  • Strong network across Air Force Global Strike and international air arms.

  • Deep understanding of technology demonstration and T&E pathways.

  • Lead business development and strategic growth for Machs glide munitions and Stratos high-altitude ISR platforms with a focus on U.S. Air Force DIU and international customer bases.
