Leif Johnson Ford is seeking a motivated experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our growing pre-owned team in Manor. Youll be responsible for driving performance coaching a winning team and managing inventory and pricing strategies to stay ahead of the market. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the used car sales team
Drive monthly volume and gross goals
Appraise trades and purchase inventory
Optimize used inventory turns and pricing
Work closely with GM GSM and finance team to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in automotive sales management
Proven success in used vehicle operations
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of market trends VAuto and digital sales tools
Texas dealership experience preferred
