Job Description
- Receive organize and distribute all information pursuant to discovery requests in abuse neglect and dependency cases.
- Recognize and redact all confidential information when necessary.
- Ensure that discovery requests and responses are managed in an accurate timely and consistent manner.
- Interact with other team support specialists prosecutors HCJFS staff attorneys and law enforcement personnel.
- File documents in the Hamilton Juvenile Court as needed.
- Certify documents from Hamilton County courts as needed.
- High school diploma.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance.
- Effective time management skills.
- Highly organized detail oriented and quick learning ability when new tasks are assigned.
- Strong computer skills and comfortable learning and navigating new and different data systems.
- Full-time role; paid bi-weekly; paid vacation sick time two annual personal days.
