Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated per diem WEEKEND Registered Nurse to perform home health RN visits for our Denver office.
- Territory: Primarily South of I-70
- Must be available to attend office orientation for one full week (Monday through Friday 9a-5p).
- Prior or current Home Health (Visits) and OASIS experience required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
- Makehome visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures
- Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with execute and properly document doctors orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current license as a Registered Nurse inColorado.
- Prior or current home health/visits experience.
- Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Additional Information:
- Pay Weekly Starting at $55 per productivity point based on experience
- Mileage reimbursement
