Job Summary
We are looking for career minded individuals seeking a long term professional growth opportunity as a Senior Carer.
This is a fulltime contract offering accommodation and vehicle to visit clients in their home who are living independently but request assistance in certain areas to improve their quality of life.

This is a fulltime contract offering accommodation and vehicle to visit clients in their home who are living independently but request assistance in certain areas to improve their quality of life.
- Starting salary is 22300 with extra payments for bank holidays. The role details include:
- Set days 5 days 4 days based on a two week cycle
- Ad hoc cover for clients when the regular carer is not available
- Community based work - we work in the person own home usually hour by hour. The senior carer role is to provide additional backup if we are short of staff in any area. Your roster will change on a day-to-day basis.
The role offers:
- Full Induction Training to include Theoretical induction certified health and safety modules manual handling and patient moving using the hoist specific training when needed shadowing with staff member in the field of work before you start you full time position
- On going support 24/7 on the road support from our line management team 365 days per year on going supervisions and yearly appraisals
- Working as part of a support team

Requirements:
- EU Right to Work as cannot support work permits in this role
- Commitment to long term employment
- Drivering license
- Over 23 years of age (for insurance purposes)
- Good level of English
