As a Residential Services Aide you will assist staff in thedevelopment delivery and monitoring of treatment and related services provided at Ebensburg Center. You will deliver servicesin the areas of self-care socialization and health maintenance that supports each residents Individual Support Plan (ISP). You will also record information monitor individuals and recommend ISP revisions to maximize service effectiveness and meet each individuals most pressing needs. This role requires attentive care skills to observe changes in individual physical status and effective communication to inform the unit medical staff of additional resident service needs. In addition you will escort individuals to various activities participate in housekeeping functions andassist with purchasing appropriate personal items that maximize therapeutic environments.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment 40 hours per week
- Work hours are 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
- You will work a rotating schedule 7 days on 2 days off 8 days on 4 days off.
- Your schedule may change based on operational needs.
- Overtime and travel as needed
- Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Aide Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Six months of paid experience in the care activities and personal guidance of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including but not limited to PA State Police and FBI clearance.
