Job Summary:
The Membership Assistant is responsible for assisting with administrative and sales support tasks relating to Membership. In the absence of Membership Director the Membership Assistant meets with prospects obtains information answers questions and gives club tours.
Day-to-Day:
- Provides support for the Club Manager and the clubs executive offices as directed.
- Preparation of weekly sales and membership reports as required by accounting department.
- Assist in maintaining membership files ensuring the completion of all required forms.
- Initiate requests for and distribute new member cards and membership resignations and any resulting refunds.
About You:
- Computer knowledge. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2-3 years office experience.
- Sales background preferred.
- 4-year degree preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
