Here is a glimpse of what youll do:

  • Own and drive the overall sales strategy and execution for eBOS (electrical Balance of System) products across target markets

  • Lead a high-performing sales team providing strategic direction mentorship and performance management to meet and exceed revenue goals

  • Develop and implement scalable sales plans that align with corporate objectives and expand eBOS market share

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle ensuring consistent execution and high win rates across all regions and verticals

  • Lead bid strategy and pricing initiatives including complex deal structuring contract negotiations and competitive positioning

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Team Global Sales Leadership and Business Development to align on go-to-market strategy and growth priorities for eBOS

  • Utilize NetSuite ERP and CRM to monitor pipeline health sales performance and forecasting accuracy

  • Define and refine sales reporting processes KPIs dashboards and CRM optimization for the eBOS business line

  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management Engineering and Marketing to align sales efforts with product capabilities roadmap and positioning

  • Maintain direct relationships with strategic accounts key partners and industry influencers to grow long-term business opportunities

  • Ensure world-class customer experience in coordination with Customer Care and post-sales teams

  • Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer insights to inform product strategy pricing and messaging

  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of proposal templates customer presentations and sales enablement tools tailored to the eBOS portfolio

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for eBOS sales providing executive input across business planning product development and market strategy

  • Represent Nextracker and the eBOS division at key industry events conferences and customer meetings

  • Travel up to 35% is expected to support team leadership customer engagement industry events and on-site strategic planning

Here is some of what youll need (required):

  • BS/BA in business engineering or a related technical field; MBA strongly preferred

  • 8 years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record of scaling and managing successful teams

  • Deep knowledge of eBOS products and systems (cabling combiners disconnects transformers etc.) ideally within the solar or renewable energy space

  • Demonstrated success in building and executing sales strategy in a fast-paced competitive environment

  • Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen including experience with complex sales forecasting and modeling

  • Expertise in and data-driven sales operations

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience influencing at the executive level

  • Passion for clean energy sustainability and advancing solar technology

  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 35% of the time

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience skills education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is 130000.00 to 145000.00 plus a commission structure based on commission calculation such as percentage of sales or specific metrics.
