About the Team & Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to support our Americas Sales organization. This role is critical to driving talent strategies enabling organizational effectiveness and aligning people priorities with business goals.
You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders helping to shape the future of Rubriks sales organization through organizational design leadership development talent planning and change enablement. As a key member of the Americas Sales leadership team youll play a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performing inclusive culture and delivering HR solutions that scale with the business.
What youll do:
Strategic HR partnership:
- Partner closely with Americas Sales leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders providing counsel on organizational effectiveness leadership and culture.
- Help build a strong engaged team culture that attracts develops and retains top cybersecurity talent.
People Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a unified people strategy in collaboration with global HRBPs and functional leaders.
- Translate business needs into HR strategies that support growth and performance.
Organizational Design & Effectiveness:
- Lead organization design and change initiatives that improve efficiency agility and accountability.
- Use data and insights to drive strategic decisions and improve organizational health.
Talent Management & Development:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Talent Development and Compensation teams to implement comprehensive talent strategies.
- Influence leadership decisions related to succession capability building and workforce planning.
Leadership Development:
- Assess leadership capabilities and drive programs to elevate performance and leadership transitions onboarding and development planning
Culture & Engagement:
- Champion Rubriks values and foster a culture of excellence collaboration and initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement across the region.
Change Management
- Design and lead change management efforts to support organizational strategies for stakeholder engagement communications and change adoption.
How Youll Do it
- Strong business acumen ability to to translate business priorities and match people strategies to business strategies.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholders influence through expertise consultative approach and act as a trusted advisor to coach leadership on critical talent decisions.
- Work across stakeholders in a complex global and matrixed ecosystem. Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries to navigate conflicting priorities mobilize and drive alignment across stakeholders.

Experience youll need:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Human Resources or related field and 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- OR Masters Degree in Business Human Resources or related field and 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 3 years of directly applicable HR business partner experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5 years of directly applicable HR business partner experience
The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally the role is eligible for bonus potential equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
US Pay Range
$170000$200000 USD
