Job Description

Pay:$21.50/hour (Based on experience)
Shift Options(Candidate selects preferred schedule)
Day Shift:
Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Night Shift (Option 1:
Monday Friday: 1:00 PM 12:00 AM
Saturday: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
$1.00/hour Shift Differential
Night Shift (Option 2:
Monday Friday: 6:00 PM 5:00 AM
Saturday: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM
$2.00/hour Shift Differential
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependableMaintenance Technician Ito join our team. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting repairing and maintaining a variety of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical repair experience excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Perform basic electrical diagnostics using voltmeters and other testing tools
Interpret and follow work orders to assess and complete equipment repairs
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and communicate updates to supervisors
Participate in daily shift meetings and prioritize tasks accordingly
Keep a clean and safe work area
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Basic knowledge of mechanical electrical and control systems
Ability to use standard and specialized hand tools
Preferred: Experience troubleshooting overhead cranes
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
