Job Description
Microsoft Azure DevOps Application Lead
Location- Pune (Onsite)
Experience Range- 6 to 8 Years
Notice Period- Immediate Joiners
As an Application Lead you will be responsible for leading the design construction and configuration of applications serving as the primary point of contact. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are achieved facilitating communication between stakeholders and overseeing the development process to ensure high-quality outcomes. Additionally you will engage in problem-solving activities provide guidance and support to team members and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will play a crucial part in driving the success of application development initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Collaborate and manage the teams performance.
- Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and performance ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
