Proactive Incident Analysis & Operational Improvements
Analyze patterns and trends from incidents to identify recurring issues and collaborate with product teams to resolve them.
Manage alerts proactively detect potential problems early and work with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with product teams to prioritize operational improvements focused on system reliability and performance.
Create and maintain documentation for operational workflows and troubleshooting guides to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Complex Troubleshooting & Problem Management
Lead the troubleshooting of complex issues in coordination with third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions.
Participate in crisis response and on-call rotations for critical incidents affecting Logistics and RTM operations.
Automation for Operational Efficiency
Identify opportunities for automation across operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to embed automated security and performance enhancements into operations.
Observability and Monitoring
Leverage observability tools to reduce incident resolution time improve system performance and drive continuous service improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with architects and engineering teams to enhance application stability and implement proactive reliability improvements.
Contribute to solution design discussions that focus on improving application resilience and simplifying complex processes.
Engage with central SRE teams service management stakeholders and broader communities of practice to share insights and adopt best practices.
Essential:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
5 years of hands-on experience with configuration integration and customization in the FMCG or logistics domain particularly with SAP Logistics Execution (DSD Warehouse Management Shipping Transportation etc.).
Solid understanding of SAP Inventory SAP EWM and SAP TM within SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially under pressure during critical incidents.
Experience with mobile solutions for direct delivery and customer sales (e.g. Honeywell Movilizer DSD or Osapiens for Distribution).
Experience with logistics optimization tools such as Ortec LEO or similar for packing loading and delivery route optimization.
Understanding of data governance and familiarity with business process frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
Preferred:
Certifications relevant to SAP or supporting technology domains (e.g. SAP modules web administration).
Experience working with complex technology stacks including web and mobile applications.
Hands-on experience with automation and scripting for operational tasks and incident resolution.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies; SAFe Agile certification is a plus.
Experience designing integration pipelines and managing data flow between SAP modules and external systems including mobile platforms.
