Job Description
- Greet patients and create a welcoming warm atmosphere (35%)
- Answer questions and provide information about procedures and wait times (35%)
- Direct guests and manage patient registration (10%)
- Promote and educate patients on available services (5%)
- Stock refreshments and encourage positive online reviews (5%)
- Maintain a clean waiting area and assist with general cleaning (10%)
- Attend marketing team meetings to stay aligned on campaigns
- Compile and maintain reports as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Education: Bachelor s degree preferred
- Experience: Customer service front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain healthcare info in simple terms
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of items over 25 lbs.
