What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects through all phases
- Supervise and support a small team of engineers and drafters
- Produce structural analysis designs calculations and details
- Review project contracts scopes of work change orders and related documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering with Structural or Civil emphasis
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California
- Minimum 3 years of structural engineering design experience
- Prior experience managing project teams
- Proficiency with structural calculations for commercial educational and/or solar projects
- Experience using AutoCAD 2015 or newer (2D)
- Familiarity with Enercalc and RISA
- Competence in Microsoft Office Bluebeam and Adobe tools
