Job Description

This is a remote position.

Paradigm is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to support and enhance high-volume mission-critical applications through the development and integration of custom extensions and workflows. This hands-on role focuses on implementing feature enhancements and client-driven requests using. NET Java and SQL technologies. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with the ability to manage priorities meet deadlines and serve as a technical resource within a collaborative environment.

Type: 1 year contract

Location: Remote USA

As an Associate Software Engineer you will:

Use Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies in the full life cycle software development process including requirements analysis software design prototyping programming debugging and testing of system software production applications.
Participate in technical design and implementation.
Proactively raises issues if specification will lead to quality system performance or architectural issues in product.
Collaborate with fellow developers in areas of expertise as well as members of business unit.
Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to solving problems.
Develop debug and deliver enterprise applications.
Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to solving problems.
Proactively mentor fellow developers in areas of expertise.

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

Demonstrable knowledge of the following technologies: C#/.NET MVC MSSQL Azure DevOps Git and Pipelines.

Experience with Knockout or Angular a plus.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

2 years of software development experience

Self-starter capable of working on small teams in a fast-paced environment.

Familiar with all aspects of the software development life cycle.

Outstanding troubleshooting skills.

Proven problem solving abilities and creative thinking.
