Brief Job Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for client acquisitions retention and driving business growth strategy at BMU. You will be responsible for massive client prospecting pipeline development client relationship management and revenue target attainment in line with the monthly and annual business targets.
Key Duties & Job Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition : Acquire new clients by contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to explore business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management : Initiate client engagement through cold calling email marketing and in-person meetings to close business opportunities.
- Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain 3x pipeline volume with the right product mix to guarantee MOM revenue attainment. Managing the full pipeline conversion cycle with aggression and utmost precision with a focus on achieving monthly targets.
- Client Research : Research organizations to identify if they are the right client fit for the business and if they have any needs that align with what is offered. This will also help them understand their buying patterns and trends.
- Account Management : Set realistic expectations with clients to increase the value provided at any given time and draw plans for continuous engagement every month.
- Revenue Attainment : Attain MOM revenue targets set by the business and manage the pipeline to ensure minimal fluctuations in revenue attainment.
- Professional Networking : Attend conferences meetings and industry events that are relevant to the organization to cultivate business relationships widen networks and get insight into industry trends.
- Goal Setting : Developing your individual goals key results and initiatives that guide your activities toward the achievement of the set revenue and pipeline targets.
Key Performance Metrics
- Attainment of the set 100% Monthly revenue target.
- Maintaining an equivalent of 3x set revenue target as your Pipeline at any given month.
- New client acquisition.
- Frequency of Purchase from Existing clients.
- The customer lifetime value of each acquired account.
- Attainment of activity target.
- Adherence of CRM Policy.
- 100% engagement of provided leads.
Requirements
Qualifications:
The applicant must hold a Bachelor s degree in business marketing or related field.
Years of Experience:
2-3 years of proven experience as a sales dealing with B2B Corporate or Institutions.
Skills required to perform the Job:
- Having worked in a Recruitment or HR Consulting firm is an added advantage.
- Have a good understanding of the different industries within the market and the current trends within each industry.
- Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to draw insights and act strategically based on data.
- Great relationship management and strong negotiation skills.
- Impeccable time-management and ability to adapt to change.
