- Daily interactions with public and private sector clients
- Develop a complete understanding of the clients needs and provide solutions

Experience youll bring
- Previous experience in client management at a strategic level including large public sector clients
- Willingness to travel
- Understanding or willingness to understand technology and environmental benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence within client organisations
- Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the client and their operational needs and challenges
- Ability to upsell and cross sell services
- Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions and customer service
- Able to multitask prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented organised team player
- Self-motivated and self- directed
- Strong strategic verbal and written communications skills

- Experience of Power BI (preferrable) and dynamic client reporting
