The Project Manager Hospitality and Construction reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Project Manager Hospitality and Construction under the direction of the Manager of Facilities is responsible and accountable for the leadership and management of assigned facilities infrastructure and renovation projects both on and off the main campuses for the system. The Project Manager will organize and deliver projects under the guidance and direction of project sponsors operations leaders and the Manager of Facilities within the NMHC organization and its operating units. The Project Manager will follow the NMHC Project Management Methodology utilize standardized tools and processes to effectively communicate and deliver the Project within the approved scope budget and schedule as a steward of NMHC resources.
Responsibilities:
This position is full-time 80 hours per pay period Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
