Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Analysis:
- Oversee the analysis of past performance on projects.
- Help establish estimating standards for future projects in the Western half of the United States.
Software Oversight:
- Assist in oversight of the effectiveness of bid management and estimating software.
Standardization:
- Establish standardized estimating methods and processes.
- Train other estimating personnel in standardized methods and processes.
Decision Making:
- Have the final word on procedures processes techniques and personnel decisions for assigned projects.
Salary
- Competitive salary ranging from $160000 to $230000 per year.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience estimating Commercial Drywall.
- Stable work history.
Skills:
- Top-level knowledge of bid management and estimating software.
- Excellent leadership skills.
