Job Description
Join Our Team! Sales Coordinator Wanted!
Join Cimmaroon Photography and help us bring smiles to families and brands alike! Youll be responsible for converting walk-in inquiries at our studio and managing leads from corporate accounts. Youll guide clients from first message to final booking making sure every experience reflects our warmth and professionalism.
What Youll Do:
- Sell family photoshoot packages to studio inquiries (in-person chat email)
- Proactively reach out to corporate leads and event planners
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and client contracts
- Hit monthly targets for bookings and revenue
- Coordinate with our creative team to deliver on what was promised
- Update CRM track leads and send follow-ups
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in sales client services or account management
- Great at messaging and speaking with clients
- Confident creating proposals packages and pitch decks
- Highly organized tech-savvy and motivated
- Bonus if youve worked in photography events or B2B service sales
