Were looking for an experienced IT 1st Line Support to join our fast-paced collaborative IT team. Youll be the first point of contact for technical issues resolving most incidents on first contact and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st line support for IT incidents and service requests.
Support and manage Lenovo/Dell laptops mobile devices (Samsung/Apple) and Microsoft 365 apps including Teams.
Troubleshoot video conferencing tools (Logitech Teams).
Log and track issues using ITSM tools and escalate when needed.
Support onboarding training and IT hardware lifecycle (procurement to disposal).
Maintain asset records and conduct regular audits.
Assist with IT projects and system improvements.
Qualifications :
Previous 1st Line IT support experience in a medium to enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 Microsoft 365 and common hardware.
Excellent troubleshooting communication and documentation skills.
Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A Microsoft Fundamentals or similar).
Full UK driving licence.
