As an Officer Research Grants you will:
- Assist in the administration of the grants pre and post award process including data entry progress updates and reporting.
- Ensure a high-level of customer service adhere to all quality requirements and participate in reviews of work practices to identify opportunities.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Research Funding Services leadership team including the development of SharePoint sites documented process maps and management of teams sites.
- Collaborate closely with the Research Funding Services team including grants tenders major initiatives and research contracts ensuring that processes across the teams are aligned and documented.
- Collect and analyse information and data to assist the Manager Research Grants.
To be successful youll have:
- Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of a Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a Technician; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
