Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Government to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role you will lead our government sales division developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the public sector market.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the government sector
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals providing guidance training and performance management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
  • Oversee the preparation of complex proposals RFPs and tender responses
  • Monitor and report on sales performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and company policies

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in government sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and Saudi Arabian government structure
  • Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
  • Government procurement certifications are preferred
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required
