Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Mixology and Service: Craft a wide range of cocktails and beverages with precision whilst providing exceptional guest service and personalised recommendations.
Bar Management: Maintain a clean organised bar area manage stock and assist in menu development to ensure a polished guest experience.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with bar staff and other departments to maintain efficient service and a positive team environment.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry trends and new techniques to enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to the bars offerings.
Qualifications :
- Luxury Experience: Proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment demonstrating sophisticated service delivery.
- Skills and Knowledge: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software and understanding of service protocols.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Passionate authentic individual with a commitment to creating memorable experiences and embracing diversity.
