Job Description
- Transport and carry goods or equipment as assigned.
- To provide ongoing maintenance and support of the companys building systems and be able to fix minor defects identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Assist in the setup of ventilation refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
- Dismantles and installs and repairs furniture if required.
- Also to assist with maintenance and other tasks in our external apartments located around Malta
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks replace windows local wall painting putty replaces light bulbs makes minor plumbing repairs etc.)
- Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors working with the building technical systems.
- Performs basic electrical work and determines when a electrician is required.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications :
- At least secondary education.
- Basic knowledge of English good knowledge of Maltese language.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Our concern is whether you have a license and are driving a car in Malta
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication ability.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
